Hands-only CPR, or Continuous Chest Compressions, which meets the guidelines for AHA HeartSaver CPR and First Aid Training. Continuous CPR ensures constant blood flow to the brain and heart which greatly increases the chances for survival. *Health care providers are still encouraged to do compressions with ventilations.
