LifeSaver CPR Refund Policy

Cancelation Schedule and Fees.

All cancelation or rescheduling of course notices must be sent by email to LifeSaverCPR@hotmail.com. Phone messages will not be accepted as cancelations or reschedule attempts.

Cancellation and Reschedule Fees
•Purchased books will not be refunded.
•You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the course minus a 10% processing fee if you cancel or reschedule more than 14 days prior to the date of the course.
•You will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price of the course minus a 10% processing fee if you cancel or reschedule between 7 to 13 days prior to the date of the course.
•There will be no refunds for cancelations or rescheduling of classes less than 7 days prior to the date of the course.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Our classes often fill up. When you reserve a spot in the class we are expecting you to attend. We want to serve all of our current and future clients. When a class is full we are forced to turn people away. If clients try and reschedule or cancel a class reservation with less than 7 days’ notice we are not able to fill that seat. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.
