I learned extremely useful skill from this training. I feel like I should have done it long before. As a worker in health care field, I have to deal with urgent situations between live and death, so learning how to respond is a must. Thanks to the instructor, he is smart, knowledgeable and has good sense of humor. He makes 3 hours went by so fast and I learned a lot from him.
